NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of North Toronto Soccer Club Nitros/Kicks (hereinafter called “the Club”) will be held on Thursday, November 30 at 6pm at the Toronto Public Library – Northern District Branch, Room 224, 40 Orchard View Blvd. for the following purpose:
Approval of minutes of the November 26, 2022 Annual General Meeting.
Presentation of Board and staff reports.
Presentation of audited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2023.
Appointment of auditors for the year ending September 30, 2024.
Election of 3 members of the 7-person Board of Directors, each for a 3-year term
