Physical Literacy Program

Physical Literacy Program

We are excited to announce our new Physical Literacy Program led by Michela Panzica. Michela is a new member of staff to North Toronto who will bring great expertise to this area. The purpose of the program is to give players the opportunity to continue to develop their basic fundamental movements such as running, jumping, changing direction, crawling, balancing, coordination, throwing and catching. All these movements and many more are crucial for soccer players, athletes and daily life.

Michela is a passionate strength and conditioning coach with over 5 years of experience working with athletes of all ages. She was a soccer player and now a college graduate in fitness and health promotion. She is excited to run a fun and engaging physical literacy program for young athletes focusing on building movement skills, confidence and lifelong love for physical activity through creative and dynamic movements.
