Players interested in trying out for our Ontario Premier League teams need to complete the Register Your Interest Form. Once you are selected for a trial the club will submit a Trial Permit Application, Short Term Registration Permit, or International Trialist Permit Form for approval. Please note the Trial permit form needs to be approved by your current club’s Technical Team. Please see the forms below:

Players With Current Active registration
Players attending trials or tryouts with our club who are currently registered with another organization or program must have a Trial/Tryout Permit Application (TPA) completed and approved by OPL staff before attending any trial, tryout, or exhibition.
Players Who Are Not Currently Registered
Players who are not currently registered with any club must have a completed Short Term Registration Permit (STRP) completed before participating in any trial, tryout, or exhibition. Please review the STRP from the link below:
Player Last Registered Outside Ontario or Canada
If the player’s most recent registration was outside Canada must have a completed International Trialist Permit Form (ITPF) completed before participating in any trial, tryout, or exhibition. Please review the TPA from the link below:
