Select Program Indoor

Indoor Program Overview 2023-2024

The Indoor Select Program is offered to players ages U9-U12 (born 2012-2015) looking to continue their development in soccer in a more structured environment. The Select Program looks to help bridge the gap between NT’s Recreational House League and Development programs while giving players a more structured environment with a pathway to further develop. Focus: Skill Development
Age Group: U9 (born 2015) – U12 (born 2012)
Frequency of Practices: 2 practices a week
Program Dates: Oct 21 , 2023 to Mar 7, 2024 (see detailed schedule below)

Exhibition Games

Exhibition games will be scheduled with other NT teams & external clubs throughout the season whenever possible. Field space has been secured to ensure exhibition games can take place on a consistent basis throughout the indoor season. The aim is to get as much playing time experience as possible.

Commitment Level

There are no consequences for missed sessions other than missing out on a chance to practice and develop. We recognize that there will be absences due to vacations and other commitments although there will be no fee adjustment for any missed time.

Registration

Returning Select players have priority to register before August 31st. A code is required to complete registration. Please email administration@ntsoccer.com if you haven’t received the code.

New players need to try the program before they can register, see details under “Open Development Sessions” on the page, below.

Fees

The fee is $1250 and includes a ball and a practice uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks). 

Refund/Credit Policy

All withdrawals must be requested in writing (email: administration@ntsoccer.com) at least 28 days prior to the program start date. There are no refunds or credits after that deadline except for certifiable medical reasons reported within 7 days of a diagnosis. Fees are non-transferable. All refunds/credits are subject to a $30 admin fee.

Schedules

No practices scheduled during the Winter break, March Break or on Holiday weekends.

Open Development Session

Before registering, players are asked to attend Open Development Sessions.
There will be 2 open development sessions (ODS) per age group, you can attend one or both sessions:

The ODS location is Eglinton Park (174 Orchard View Blvd)

Boys born 2014-2015 (U9-U10):  
Monday, Sept 18, 6-7 pm
Wednesday, Sept 27, 6-7 pm

Boys born 2012-2013 (U11-U12):
Wednesday, Sept 20, 6-7 pm
Tuesday, Sept 26, 6-7 pm

All girls 2012-2015 (U9-U12):
Tuesday, Sept 19, 6-7 pm
Monday, Sept 25, 6-7 pm

Attending the open development session will give a chance to the players to showcase their abilities, meet our coaching staff, and experience the environment at our more competitive level.

Interested players must first register for the program called “Open Development Sessions Fall 2023-24” using our registration system: here. The fee to attend one or both sessions is $20.

What to wear/bring to the sessions:
T-shirt or jersey, shorts, and soccer socks
Running shoes, indoor soccer shoes, or cleats. 

Shin guards (with soccer socks over them)

Water bottle and lots of energy!
